Chris Parton fdfd114157 Improved scroll snap containers to disable navigation buttons when appropriate.
Reordered PrevButton and NextButton to be more logical.

Simon Jackson 344ca57f4b Updated VSS / HSS to handle pages with interactable components.
Interactables mess with the Pointer Down/Up events that the control used when a mouse is used, so implementation changes to suit.

Simon Jackson a72c45e02a Almost complete:
* Scrolling - working
* Fast Swipe - working (as well as Unity can fast swipe :S)
* Mask with only visible items - working
* Jump to page - working

Just found a bug with removing / adding items
