[增加]增加下载状态变化的时候包名称的返回
1.主要是如果在同时下载包的时候且注册到统一的返回事件的时候无法识别当前是什么包下载的返回结果.这样给开发者有一定的操作成本.需要独立的去记录包和下载列表的关系

[增加] 增加日志打印的标记和时间
1. 该日志标记在查询定位的时候非常有用.主要区分是否是业务日志还是资源日志.
2. 关于时间:可以查看在真机上的资源加载时间长短和资源问题的定位.

[修改] 修改外部可以获取当前操作对象的包名称
1. 主要是外部如果是回调的时候,不一定在之前的代码位置了.所需要需要从操作对象中直接获取当前的包名
